Rukita created the RuManage app as a free application ("Service"). This Service is provided at no subscription cost and is intended to be used as is.
This Service is used to inform users ("Users") about Rukita's policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information if anyone decides to use the Service.

For a better experience, while using the Service, Rukita may request Users to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to email, photos, and date of birth. The requested information will be retained and used as described in this Privacy Policy. This app uses services and/or includes links to third parties that may collect information used to identify Users.
Log Data
Rukita wants to inform Users that whenever Users use the Service, in case of an error in the app, Rukita collects data and information (through third-party products) on Users' phones called log data. This log data may include information such as Users' device Internet Protocol (IP) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when using the Service, the time and date of Users' use of the Service, and other statistics.

"Cookies" are files with a small amount of data that are usually used as anonymous unique identifiers. Cookies are sent to Users' browsers from the websites Users visit and stored in Users' device memory.

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Rukita and its shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, or other partners, and employees (collectively, "Indemnified Parties"), at Users' expense, from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, and suits and all related liabilities, damages, settlements, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees and other dispute resolution costs) incurred by the Indemnified Parties arising out of or relating to (a) the operation, management, and/or administration, (b) Users' breach or violation of this Privacy Policy or the policies or guidelines referenced herein, or (c) Users' violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

Therefore, Rukita strongly advises Users to review this Privacy Policy. Children's Privacy
This Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. Rukita does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case Rukita discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, Rukita will immediately delete it from the Service. If Users are parents or guardians and they are aware that their child has provided Rukita with personal information, please contact us so that Rukita can take the necessary actions.
Data Deletion
In some cases, you may request the deletion of your personal information. Please note that if you request the deletion of your personal information, or if your account is suspended, terminated, or closed voluntarily:
- We may retain your personal information as necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as anti-money laundering, fraud detection and prevention, and security enhancement.
- We may retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations.
- Information you have shared with others (e.g., reviews, forum postings) will remain publicly visible on our app or website, even after your account is canceled. However, attribution of such information to you will be removed. Some copies of your information (e.g., log records) will remain in our database but are disconnected from personal identifiers.
- Because we take steps to protect data from accidental or malicious loss and destruction, residual copies of your personal information cannot be removed from our backup systems for a limited period.

Rukita may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, Users are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Rukita will notify Users of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
Language
This Privacy Policy is made in English and Indonesian. In the event of any dispute, misinterpretation, or conflict, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Users agree that any legal action or dispute that may arise from, relate to, or be in any way connected with this Privacy Policy will be resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.
